Işıl Kurnaz

Işıl Kurnaz graduated with honors from Bilkent University School of Law. She won the Halit Çelenk Law Award in 2018 with her thesis on "Collective Social Rights in Constitutions". She is currently working as a PhD researcher at the Human Rights Institute of Sant'Anna Scuola Universitaria Superiore Pisa in Italy.
